Orbit bills organization credits at Amazon Bedrock list rates. There is no markup on input or output tokens.

Free start

New accounts receive $2 in free credits. No card is required to send the first requests.

How a request is billed

  1. Before the provider call, Orbit reserves a hold against remaining credits so one request cannot drain the wallet.
  2. After the call, usage is charged from billed input and output tokens at that model’s Bedrock list rate.
  3. Credits are consumed whether inference succeeds or fails after the provider is reached.
Track spend live from Usage and Billing → Credits.
If the organization cannot cover the request’s cost ceiling, the API returns 402 with low on credits and the provider is not called.

When credits run out

Requests are declined once the org balance is exhausted. You are not billed a surprise invoice for overage. Add credits by upgrading a plan or topping up from the dashboard.

Plans

Monthly plans include a credit grant. Unused monthly credits do not stack forever. Prices can change — the live list is on tryorbit.cloud/pricing. Higher plans add more keys, org workspace limits, email or priority support, and invoice-friendly billing. For custom volume, email hello@tryorbit.cloud.

Invoices

Paid checkouts appear under Billing → Invoices. Download a PDF from that page when you need it for finance.
